consultations gave lecture
on this subject & discussed
various dimensions.
the lecture came to
coincide with mergers
& acquisitions
that have increased in frequency in
recent years
which
coexisted economic communities in the
kingdom with these issues
& interact
with them.
He added. "Dr. Tawfiq Swailem" that
the growth of activity in mergers and
acquisitions in recent years due to many
reasons, including high-speed
interactions in commercial, industrial
and service sectors, which in turn led
to a large opening in the global
economy, that imposed a change in many
of the concepts of economic.
He is
adding that the mergers have a lot of
significant benefits, including but not
limited to: the development of the
business and expansion, and benefiting
from the expertise and strategies of
establishments merged with each other,
and increase the strength of the
establishment to enter into partnership
with other entities that have their
methods. Also,
the
proliferation of products and services
of these companies merged in many
markets, leading to the large
distribution and increase income, and to
achieve cooperation and integration
among firms, leading to the development
of services and products.
